Our Advantages
What Makes the
Difference Here
Not all financial education is created equal. Here is what shapes how we work — and why participants tell us their time with Sejahtera Hub felt different from what they had expected.

What You Get with Sejahtera Hub
Zero Product Conflict
We never earn from recommending any financial product. Our only interest is your understanding.
Malaysia-Specific Content
EPF, ASNB, SC regulations, Ringgit scenarios — all content is drawn from the Malaysian financial environment.
Small Participant Groups
Every session runs with a capped number of participants, so nobody gets lost in a crowd.
Tangible Programme Materials
Worksheets, workbooks, and personalised blueprints that you can use long after the programme ends.
Post-Session Access
Facilitators remain available for follow-up questions after programmes conclude — not just during sessions.
Life-Stage Relevance
Every programme topic is selected for what matters at 40-plus — retirement, estate planning, insurance review, and more.
In Depth
A Closer Look at Each Advantage
Experienced Facilitation
Real backgrounds, not textbook credentials
Our facilitators have spent years working within Malaysia's financial sector — in banking, fee-based financial education, and investment analysis — before joining Sejahtera Hub. They understand how financial institutions actually work, not just how they are theoretically described.
This means participants learn from people who have seen unit trust fact sheets evolve, who understand the implications of EPF Account restructuring, and who can speak to the practical realities of insurance policy reviews at different life stages.
- Combined 30+ years of Malaysian financial sector experience
- Ongoing professional development to keep content current
- Specialists by programme area, not generalists across all topics
Content Built for Malaysian Reality
Financial education imported from other markets — even within Asia — often misses the specific instruments, regulations, and cultural norms that shape financial decision-making in Malaysia. We do not adapt foreign curricula. Everything is built from the ground up with Malaysian participants in mind.
From EPF Account 1 and Account 2 strategies to the fee structures of Amanah Saham Nasional Berhad versus private unit trust funds, from Malaysia's PDPA personal data obligations to the practical considerations of will writing and faraid estate distribution — our content covers what actually applies here.
- All scenarios and examples in Malaysian Ringgit
- References SC and BNM regulatory frameworks directly
- Covers both conventional and Islamic financial instruments
Technology & Relevance
Content updated regularly to reflect Malaysian regulatory and market developments
Service Excellence
An approach shaped entirely by what participants need
Personal Attention, Not a Course Assembly Line
We keep our group sizes small deliberately. A participant in a Sejahtera Hub session can ask a question without waiting, share a concern without feeling like a disruption, and have their specific circumstances acknowledged — not glossed over.
Each programme also comes with facilitator availability after sessions end — for follow-up questions, for reviewing materials, or simply to talk through something that has come up in between sessions.
- Comfortable to ask any question — no question is too basic
- Sessions run at a pace that suits participants, not a fixed script
- Both Bahasa Malaysia and English used where helpful
Clear Value, No Hidden Costs
Our programme fees cover everything included in that programme — session time, materials, worksheets, workbooks, and in the case of the Holistic Wealth Planning Programme, the bi-monthly check-in sessions for one year. There is no upselling, no add-on packages, and no follow-on product sales.
We publish our pricing openly. The Couples Financial Alignment Session is RM 750 for both partners. The Unit Trust Literacy Course is RM 1,350. The Holistic Wealth Planning Programme is RM 3,430. What you see is what you pay.
- Transparent, published pricing for all programmes
- No product sales attached to any programme
- All materials included in the programme fee
Value & Pricing
Transparent pricing. Everything included. Nothing hidden.
Results & Outcomes
Participants leave with knowledge they can act on immediately
What Participants Take Away
The measure of a financial education programme is what participants do — and feel capable of doing — after it ends. At Sejahtera Hub, we design every session with a concrete output in mind: a decision more clearly understood, a document more confidently interpreted, a conversation with a spouse more productively framed.
Participants regularly tell us that the most valuable part of their time with us was gaining a vocabulary — terms and frameworks that let them engage with their banks, financial planners, and insurance agents as informed adults rather than passive recipients of advice.
- Practical knowledge applicable from the first session
- Financial vocabulary to engage professionals with confidence
- Documented personal financial picture by programme end

What Sets Us Apart
Features You Will Not Find Everywhere
A Programme Built Specifically for Couples
The Couples Financial Alignment Session addresses the financial dynamic between two people who have built individual habits over time. This is uncommon in the Malaysian financial education space, where programmes almost always address individual participants.
A Personalised Wealth Blueprint Document
Participants in the Holistic Wealth Planning Programme receive a personalised wealth blueprint — a structured summary of their financial picture across every topic covered, created collaboratively during the programme and theirs to keep.
Twelve Months of Check-In Access
The Holistic Programme does not end when the eight sessions finish. Bi-monthly check-in conversations continue for one year — accommodating the reality that financial circumstances change and that new questions emerge as participants apply what they have learned.
Fund Fact Sheet Practice Sessions
The Unit Trust Literacy Course includes hands-on exercises reading and comparing real Malaysian fund fact sheets. Participants practise with actual documents — not simplified mock-ups — so the skill translates directly to making sense of what they see in the market.
